We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
Returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with tags attached. Items should be free from odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair or other signs of wear. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel or accessories may also be excluded once opened or tried on.

Return Shipping
Unless an item is defective, damaged or incorrect due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color or style, contact us first. Depending on inventory, we may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
